Being A Leader
At VideSante, we take pride in helping organizations that furthers our mission statement and defines our corporate name. When you purchase CTRL® to fight your male or female acne, you can also play a role in being a leader by partnering with us to help people improve their life and health. Simply choose one of the following non-profit/charity organizations and we’ll make a donation on your behalf. Together, we can make a difference!
Camp Braveskin
A non-profit recreational camp uniquely created for children with various skin disorders. The camp is equipped with cabins for the children to sleep in, has a dining hall for meals, and an excellent staff that plans and supervises various activities for children to feel good about themselves without being ashamed of their skin afflictions. www.pediatricderm.com/campBraveskin
Athlete’s Recovery Fund (ARF)
The Athlete Recovery Fund is a non profit organization dedicated to provide insurance and financial support to professional athletes in Action Sports who suffer severe injuries and to also provide educational scholarships for further education after their career as an athlete.” Recently started this year, the Athlete Recovery Fund (A.R.F.) comes from reflecting on one of the most amazing season of high’s and low’s that Action Sports has ever seen as a community. In the wake of Stephen Murray’s crash that made him a quadriplegic, and witnessing the super human fall that Jake Brown miraculously survived, organized funding must be in place prior to injury rather a knee jerk reaction to raise funds after the fact. It is not a matter of “if” another athlete will suffer this same fate, but a matter of “when”. www.athleterecoveryfund.com
The Ebstien’s Anomaly Foundation
The goal of the Ebstein’s Anomaly Foundation is to fund research in order to advance the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of this rare congenital heart defect. This will benefit not only patients with Ebstein’s but also many others with related congenital heart defects. Each year we plan to fund the most promising research programs for heart defects related to Ebstein’s Anomaly. The foundation relies on a Medical Advisory Board, consisting of doctors and institutions who are experienced with Ebstein’s as well as other cases of congenital heart defects, to help us choose the programs best suited to make a difference. www.ebsteinsanomaly.org
